  • how can we restrict the users to use a specific DNS in prsence of multiple DNS?

  • Are you simply wanting certain machines to use specific DNS servers?  If so, it's just a matter of making sure that their networking is properly configured with the appropriate DNS servers being used. 

    Configure DNS Settings in Network Connections: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc739745(v=WS.10).aspx

    If you're using DHCP, you can use it to assign the DNS servers when the client gets its address.

    If I'm misunderstanding your question, please elaborate.

  • the option mentioned in this article  http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc759481%28v=ws.10%29.aspx   isn't enabled on my DCs. ut in DHCP scopes i have already mentioned the DNS servers.

  • i have gone throgh the dns settings on dhcp bt problem still exists
