    Hi KStone,

    Are you using Windows 10?

    Per my search, the 0xc00d11cd (0x80080300) error is the common error code of Store app in Windows 10. You may also see the message server stumbled or something bad happened at our end when you try to download or install a new application.

    The way to solve this problem is to download the latest Windows 10 cumulative update.
