  • Hi,

Can I check whether the email has been bounced or not by seeing mailroot folder's files

I do not think we can check this by the mailroot folders' files. To check whether the mail is bounced or not, you can use message tracking.

  • If you are looking into a problem that is occurring, you can turn up SMTP protocol logging and look in the logs.
