BSOD ntoskrnl.exe 0x00000101 Window 7 x64 Clock interrupt error RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I keep receiving the BSOD when the system is taxed (optimizing the hard-drive, advanced error checking, video-heavy games or multimedia).  Blue Screen Viewer states it is caused by driver ntoskrnl.exe at location +75bc0.  The BSOD message "An expected clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval" is not helpful (stop: 0x00000101). I have zipped up the dmp files here:

This laptop has been rather static (no new hardware or software in a while).  Thanks in advance!
