  • Hello

    So Today I changed a few minor things in my work flow, and now I get this error Failed to Start Retrying. Also it says the user id is system account... Ive been searching around and I notice people saying you do not want to run things as system account. How can I change this.

    BTW I also reverted my workflow back to what it was before I made the changes and I get the error using the old work flow... Any ideas?

  • Hello Brandon,

    If you are getting "Failed to Start" please check if you are able to create a new workflow?

    If you are getting error on the second page with error "Unknown Error", then possibly the problem is because of the borwser.
