Drafts and Sent Folder in Outlook for MAC problems RRS feed

  • What's your account type? Exchange, POP or IMAP? Can you see these items on the web mail?

    What changes have you made to Office or Mac OS before this issue occur?

    Search the whole mailbox to see if you can find them.

    Click on View tab and make sure no filter is applied.

    In addition, we can check the folder size of sent folder:

    Click on Sent Item folder. Choose File > Folder > Properties. Under Storage tab, check the size.

    For Exchange account, please create a new profile to see if it works.

    Besides, do you have any backup .olm files?
