Hi All,
I have created the User Profile Service Application from central admin ,Then when I try to create Connection it is showing me error as below image .Can any one help me how can i solve this issue

Check this KB article on how to open ports to SQL Server http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968872
You can use the same method to open port to LDAP 389 by using
netsh firewall set portopening TCP 389 "LDAPServer"
