Yes. SQL Agent jobs are not discovered by default.
Find the discovery for SQL agent jobs, and enable it only for the SQL agents that you care about.
If there are particular jobs even on those specific SQL agents that you only want alerts on - and not all of them.... then create a group of critical agent jobs based on some criteria. Disable the rules and monitors targeting the SQL agent job class, and then enable them (more specific) using this group of SQL agent jobs.
