  • Hi

    Thanks for your post.

Are you getting these problems only on Outlook or on others softwares also?
If it is for outlook only, try by installing latest Service Pack for the Outlook.
If it doesn't works, try by uninstalling and installing Outlook followed by installing service pack.
Hope this helps you. If not please let me know the version of Outlook you are using and latest updates on the issues.

    Thanks and Regards

  • Hi

Thanks for your updates on the issues.

For Copy and Paste problem the clipboard may be locked by any application. To check it download the application http://windowsxp.mvps.org/temp/GetO...boardWindow.zip, Unzip and run the tool when the Copy/Paste problem occurs, this application notifies the application from which Clipboard has been locked.

For problem on clicking hyperlinks try the below steps :
(1)Quit all programs that are running.
(2)Click Start, and then click Run.
     (3)Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll , and then click OK.
(4)When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message, click OK.

    Also try http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310049 .

    Hope these helps you.

    Thanks and Regards
