How do I Backup Log Files from Exchange 2010, then delete these files from Exchange

Hi GrahamCameron,
Usually, you should do it by backup the database, replayed logs will be purged (removed) automatically after a success database backup.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd876874(v=exchg.141).aspx#SupBacTechBut you can also make sure the amount of logs that have been replayed and move them to other place manually. This will not be a recommended method.
