Unable to switch to the Gallery view in skype for business RRS feed

  • HI Team 

    I am not getting the Gallery view in skype though the meeting participants are less .Can you assist me . 

    We are using Skype for business  : 

    Build version : June (10730.20348)

    Do you use Skype for Business online or on-premise?

    Did it happen for all the participants?

    Did it work before or anything changed recently?

    Gallery view is enabled by default, it could be modified in conference policy, please check the “AllowMultiview” and “EnableMultiviewJoin” are true in the conference policy.

    In addition, try to change the client screen resolution to 1920*1020, and change the app window to 100% to see if it helps.

    Thank you for your update 

    Our skype account is still On prem 

    It started to happen very recently 

    May i know how can we change the conference policy ?

  • Hi,

    You could run “Get-Csconferencepolicy” in Skype for Business management shell to check the value.

    Normally they should be "True" by default, if not, you could modify it by “Set-csconferencepolicy -identity xxx –AllowMultiView $true”
