Sharepoint Folder fail to Open in Windows 7 RRS feed

  • Hi 

    We have a Sharepoint 3.0 Site running on windows 2003 Server.

    User With Winows 7  is not able to open a  folder in the Sharepoint site

    Same user is able to login in Other Systems . 

    Do advice on the same

    Is it about the explorer view to open a folder?

    If yes then check if web client services are running or not.

    In an alternative way you can map your folder as a network drive and it will work out for you.

    If you mean that you cannot use Explorer view of a SharePoint library from Windows 7, you need to check whether the IE is 32-bit version .

    If you mean that the user can login other SharePoint site but cannot access one particular folder, you need to check whether this user has permission on this folder.
