I cant send Emails: code 0x80004005-0x00000b22-0x00000501 RRS feed

  • Hi All

    I'm using a personal Outlook email address (example@outlook.com). I use this in MS Outlook 2019 I receive emails but I can't reply or send new email in outlook. However I can send emails from the web base outlook: portal.office.com. there I can send and receive no problem. the issue is that this is for a person who is blind, the cant use the web base and must use MS Outlook.

    I am not using any 3rd party antivirus, only windows defender. which I have just updated. I have restarted outlook in safemode and i get the same response:

  • Try to change the off line settings in outlook. See if that makes a difference. I once got this error few months back for my client and this fix helped him.
