I cannot open attachments to messages in my email inbox. I get the error code 4625852-OB211004-00000A09. I don't have a clue what that means and what is wrong.
Cannot find any trace with regard to this error code. Who knows?

Hi,
there is KB930631 for App-V Error 04-00000A09 available.
Taken from Kirx Blog
Potential Causes:
- Users created a shortcut to an application that is not available any longer
- In manually created Shortcuts or command line parameters, Application Name and/or Version are not provided correctly (Case sensitive)
Potential Solutions:
- Remove the orphaned Shortcut for the user
- Correct the spelling

Hit Print Screen, paste into Paint and crop the image for your error. Then come back here and choose to upload the error. I don't know what the error is, so would like to see what it is with a picture of it please
