Old Incidents No Longer Appear In Portal RRS feed

  • I have a bit of a strange one.  We have noticed that when we open the Self-Service Portal and click on recent requests, no incidents prior to January 2012 are showing.  Yet in the SCSM console these incidents are still there...  This seemed to start after the new year.  Could the fact that the year changed have caused this?  This was not happening prior to January.  I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this.  Thanks.

  • Hi,

    There is an application setting for this in IIS. The setting determine the number of days closed incidents should be displayed in the portal.
