  • I can't share the desktop or applications via Lync 2013. Since there is no options when I click present button. Have tried to uninstall and install it again. No works. But it works in other PC.

  • Have you tried Office Repair

    Checked the installed updates if there are any duplicates software

    In Event logs, do you see 301 event id in Office Alerts

    You could try to clear the client cache by deleting the Lync User Profile and Registry Key.

    User profile:

    %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com

    Registry Key:

    HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\UserName@Domain.com

    Moreover, you could refer to the following link to do a clean boot on your computer
