App-V 5 – Add additional shortcut into pre-packaged Program.

Question
-
Hi Guys,
What is the best way to add an additional shortcut into App-5 packaged Program? Should I modify the package using the Sequencer? (If so how) or would it be easier to re- sequencer the application & add the shortcut to the location (in this case the start-up folder) during installation?
Any help would be appreciated
BTW We have just started testing App-V 5 and so far I am pretty impressed, especially on how light the server & client software are & how easy it is to configure – Kudos Microsoft.

Hello,
See this walkthrough which is still applicable;http://kirxblog.wordpress.com/2011/06/01/app-v-4-6-sp1-the-right-sequencing-wizard/
I suggest you choose the Edit Package and Add a new application wizard

I found a much easier way of creating/modifying shortcuts, from the App-v Management console, right click on the package you want to modify & select “edit default configuration” than in my case, select option 2 “Shortcuts” & add the required shortcuts.
I had to add a shortcut into the startup folder, which I was able to achieve by selecting <CUSTOM> starting point and adding the below:-
[{Common Programs}]\Startup
