App Controller makes is relatively straightforward to move virtual machines from VMM into Azure.
Moving virtual machines from Azure to VMM needs to be done outside of App Controller.
To move a virtual machine from Azure to VMM you will need to copy the vhd in Azure storage to an on-premises file location and then in VMM import and deploy the vhd.
