The error in Event Viewer is Error: The Template Persistent Cache initialization failed for Application Pool 'DefaultAppPool' because of the following error: Could not create a Disk Cache Sub-directory for the Application Pool. The data may have additional error codes:

  • Hi cj,

I haven't seen this before but it sounds like it could be an IIS issue.  What if you create a dedicated app pool and move the ProClarity applications over to the new one?

  • Connie,

Sean's idea is a good one.  Now that we've got you updated to a supported service pack level, I want to pursue our current two-path approach - getting IIS team's help with the error and looking closer at the ProClarity side.  Sean's suggestion of trying a new app pool is worth adding to our ProClarity troubleshooting attempts.  Talk with you soon.
