IAG 3.6 to UAG RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We currently run IAG version 3.6. We are interested in upgrading to the UAG when it is released. In our environment, we have hundreds of resources that the IAG publishes to our portal page. I would like to know, when we upgrade, is there a migration path that we can follow to move those resources into the new version, without having to manually enter all of them?

    Thanks,

  • Hi,

UAG is currently in Beta 2, and at this point it does not have any specific upgrade paths from earlier versions. Of course, by the time UAG gets officially released, this may change.
However, I wouldn't really expect to have an upgrade path from IAG (a.k.a. e-Gap) v3.6 to UAG, as this is skipping an entire major version, which is IAG 2007.

  • This plan is to have one, but can't commit to it just yet.
