After 2007 to 2013 migration - Item cannot be deleted, either moved or already deleted, or access denied RRS feed

  • Hello,

    Since migrating our public folders from 2007 to 2013, users frequently receive the message that "The item cannot be deleted. It was either moved or already deleted, or access was denied."

    This started happening immediately after migration to 2013 CU1, and has continued since updating to CU2. The problem is that the users do have full permission to delete items within the folders, and if they simply close and restart Outlook (2010), they are able to go ahead and perform actions on those very same items that were just giving them that warning.

    Any insight is greatly appreciated!

  • Create a new outlook profile and test the status...

    Issue could be because of outlook profile or OST corruption etc..

    Don't delete the old profile, till you find the cause...
