We have two SLOs that are applied to each incident depending on the priority. First a response SLO which is met once we assign the incident to an analyst, the second resolution SLO then kicks in and is met once the incident is marked as resolved.
The resolution SLO was applied to the incident but the details that we had received on the incident meant that the priority was increased. Once increased the response SLO was automatically changed, as it should, to the higher priority SLO and automatically
marked as met but the resolution SLO was not automatically changed, as it should, so the target end date is showing as the response SLO target end date which is incorrect.
Can anyone help me as to force it to apply the correct priority resolution SLO?
