    When we get an incoming call it shows up as 555-555-5555 it does not put the 1 in front ie: 1-555-555-5555. I think this is causing call forwarding not to work while you are on a call. It is also breaking the capability to click the number in call history to redial not to work.

    We are getting our dialtone from a sip trunk to our Mitel 3300 controller through a PRI. We are also using Lync server 2010.

    Any suggestions?

    How are you normalizing the numbers within Lync?  Is the Mediation Server associated with the correct Location Profile?

    I have a dialing rule and a rule on the pstn gateway, either doesnt seem to affect the caller ID of the incoming call. Doing a trace the numbers shows as from sip:5555555555 so it is also missing the +.

    Same question what Jeff raised, how do you normalize the numbers within Lync. Dial Plan with Global, Site or User should have manipulation rule to add "+" in front.
