“Send To” in SharePoint not working

Question
-
We have a SharePoint 2007 document list which is opened via a Frame in MS CRM 2011. When hovering over a document the drop down box becomes available. A user notified us that he is no longer able to send a document via SharePoint "Send To" Option.
All options are working when clicking on, except the "Send to" option. Opening directly in SharePoint works fine.
My guess is that the CRM CSS interfers with the SharePoint CSS.
Any ideas, experiences?
Best, Jeppen

Hi Jeppen,
Did this only happen to ony that particular user, or all users?
Have you check if it is related to IE compatibility issue for that particular user?
Please try different type browsers and IE browser compatibility mode.
If it works in SharePoint site accessed directly from the browser, tihs issue may caused by CRM CSS for SharePoint CSS, check if it could use F12 developer tool to detect the css if there is any difference between them.
I would also recommand you post this issue in CRM forumn for a better asisstance regarding SharePoint showed in CRM .

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your answer. All the users have the issue.
Unfortunately I cannot open CRM with another browser than IE.
I've tried the developer tools and by changing the Document Mode to IE7 and leaving the Browser Mode to IE9 the "Send To" function works again.
I opened the console in the Developer Tab and found this error message:
"Unable to get value of the property 'srcElement': object is null or undefined"
This issue is coming form the SharePoint Server and only in Docment Mode > IE7.
Thanks for the debugging tips.

Hi Jeppen,
Not sure if it is related to CRM 2011 or SharePoint, even IE9 browser issue, as workaround you can IE7 Mode as you have tested.
