Hi UMR11!
Do you mean you want to plan hybrid connectivity between Skype for Business online and Teams?
To configure Skype for Business hybrid connectivity, you should follow these steps:
1.Create a tenant account for Office365.
2.Add your domain to your Office 365 tenant and verify ownership
3.Set up Active Directory synchronization
4.Configure Skype for Business hybrid
5.Move pilot users.
