USB Suspend:USB Device not Entering Suspend RRS feed

  • how I can fix this problem

    my log is:

    USB Suspend:USB Device not Entering Suspend
    The USB device did not enter the Suspend state. Processor power management may be prevented if a USB device does not enter the Suspend state when not in use.

    According to the log, I can see the USB Root Hub cannot be suspended.

    After search the VID number from the following link, I find that PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9CA6 can be the components of the Integrated Flash Media / Card Reader.

    I suggest you search for the latest driver and update it to test the issue.
