Office 365 Business disappearing old emails RRS feed

  • Using Outlook 2016 with Exchange and I am loosing old emails. These are in all folders (sent and folders I created for my clients)...what's going on??

  • Does your organization have Archiving turned on in the Tenant?  Check with your Exchange Admin.

  • Hi,

    In addition to Paul's suggestion, can you still see these missing old emails within OWA?

    Do you have cached Exchange mode enabled? If so, please also check whether it's that the cache interval is not set to All so that your old items are not cached to Outlook.

    In addition, please also check that whether you have autoarchive enabled which could automatically move your old items to local archive.pst file.
