Resource authorization policy in UAG RRS feed

  • Question

  • Can anyone tell me where you add allowed users/groups in UAG for remoteapps.

Normally there is a policies folder under Remote Gateway manager where you can add the groups/users in the resource authorization policy but its not there on UAG.  Have looked everywhere and cant find it or any options I can see to add allowed users.  All users are authorized on the trunk for remoteapps.

Remoteapps work with administrator, but any other user comes up with the error so must be a permission somewhere I have missed, error is as follows in event viewer

The user "username", on client computer "IP", did not meet resource authorization policy requirements and was therefore not authorized to resource "IP". The following error occurred: "23002".

    Thanks

    Dave

  • Just a thought, have you configured the login/access permissions on the backend RDS host?
