Exchange 2003 calendar using .hol files RRS feed

    I have been requested to update some users calendars from the server but not all users.  I have written the .hol file but how do I update using exchange 2003 enterprise edition on Server 2003 R2.  Users are on outlook 2003 & Outlook 2007.

    I have previously sent out a .hol file and the users have updated but found that some users could not bothered so thought the easiest way is to apply to all on exchange 2003 but do not know how to do this.

    Can anyone guide me as to how this can or cannot be done?

    Hi JeanA,

    Please make a test as below:
    1. Use a client to add all the desired holidays to an empty calendar
    2. Export the calendar to a .PST file
    3. Use Ex-merge to merge the .PST data into all mailboxes to whom these holidays need to be set

    Thanks Gavin test worked although i did have to load exmerge on server and then could not find dapi.dll but I got there now to try live...
