Dynamics 365 Additional Instance error RRS feed

  • We are using Dynamics 365 (Sales/Service) Online & we are on the Dynamics 365 Plan 1 Enterprise Edition subscription. We had a Sandbox instance available that kept coming up as failed and would not let us reset it; so we tried deleting it & then hoping we would be able to re-create it from scratch.

    However the instance entitlement has not re-appeared, it has been > 6 weeks now. I have logged a support request via the Portal twice, and been told to call the US number, the 2nd time they provided me with an Australian based number; upon talking to the representative there she informed me that I would need to either A) Post here, or B) Open a paid support case- The link I was sent does not work either... https:// support microsoft com / en-au / assistedsupportproduct
