  • Hello,

    I have created a custom incident resolver user role in SCSM, the user role can access all queues and all views. I have only selected some tasks ( ex do not create problems ) and only some templates ( like minor change request ). When I log on to the SCSM console with a user added to the custom  role then the user can create incidents, cannot create problems ( which is ok ). But when he attempts to create a CR then all the templates are available ( minor, major, emergency and standard ). Am I missing something here ?

  • OK. You should remove the Authenticated users from the end-users and create a seperate Global group in AD.

  • The End Users role is a constant pain, we should either be able to edit it or have forms not set to "all".
