Document Library - Open with Windows Explorer not working

Question

Hi,
2 of my SharePoint users are experiencing this problem.
In a document library, when they click on Action -> Open with Windows Explorer, nothing happens.
Edited: This is happening for MOSS 2007.

There can be tons of reasons why it doesn't work, and it depends how local environment is configured. I recommend to read "Whitepaper - Understanding and Troubleshooting the SharePoint Explorer View" http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=c523ac7a-5724-48be-b973-641e805588f4 to understand how it works
