  • I have a Microlife Blood pressure monitor Model BP3MC1-PC that syncs with Health Vault. It worked fine until I upgraded to Windows 10. Now it won't upload from my device to the application. Is this becuase its not compatible with windows 10?

  • Hello Gail,

    I suspect that the reason your device is not working, is because Microlife has not updated the drivers for the device on the HealthVault site.  To verify this, you will need to contact Microlife support since they would need to update the drivers.
