Edit email message in list RRS feed

  • when i add a new user to a list, there is the option to notify the user via email that they have been added.  i can not find where you can customize the body of this email.  the list does not have any workflow assigned to it.  the list is what you get when you do 'Site Settings' - Add Users or Groups.  So i guess this is a built-in list.  If it is not possible to do this remotely (meaning, I'd have to get on the server install), please let me know that so i can come up with another solution.
