  • in the request offering, only map the "User" query as Add user-selected objects to template object as related items under 4. Options

    in the Runbook: the link between "Get user relationship" and "Get User Object", go to the Exclude tab and make sure to exclude "Affected User" "Created By User" and "Assigned To User"

    as this will get the user from the query of the RO pass through to "Get User Object" in your runbook, then make sure in "Get User" that "Sam Account" is used as filter
