    Hi team,

    I've tested the free RMS sharing on my PC, with my custom outlook address.

    I was able to encrypt files on my computer and share to another without any problem.

    Since the beginning of the week, RMS told me that there are account verification problem,

    I can encrypt a file on the computer, but I can't unencrypt it...

    I also have an Office 365 account active on the computer, so I wonder if an account mismatch is possible when I try to encrypt and then make the reverse operation …

    Do you know if I can switch the account on the RMS sharing to test …

    Can you please provide us a little more information?

    Are you using the RMS sharing app to encrypt files?
