Answers

  • No.  Just reloading Windows will not correct problems with a dirty fan or an outdated BIOS or even misbehaving software.

Windows is an operating system.  It is not a diagnostic tool nor a maintenance tool.  Diagnostics and maintenance are the responsibility of the owner/operator.

  • Hello just asking cause i want to,

Please explain a bit about the issue you are meeting.

Actually, we need to analyze the issues depending on the specific situation.

If you have issues related to fan and bios, it is recommended to seek help from the manufacturer about the hardware issue, reboot can’t cure them.

    Best regards,

  • As Rick Dee says, Windows is a software and doesn't impact fan or BIOS. Issues with fan is usally caused if the fan is more than a couple of years in use and heavy dust formed on the surface. Cleaning should resolve the issue. If not, replacing the fan will resolve the issue.

As for the BIOS, updates are relased by the manufacturer and with their support, updates can be installed as per the instructions.
