Hello,
I googled for the error + app-v and found the following articles;
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2625501/en-gb
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH161189
I would assume that none of this is applicable to your scenario as I am guessing that you already checked this.

Have you tried rebooting the server? I'm guess you have?
If so, check this out: http://blogs.technet.com/b/appv/archive/2013/02/13/support-tip-app-v-client-service-fails-with-error-1114-a-dynamic-link-library-dll-initialization-routine-failed.aspx

Thanks for your response. Rebooting resolve the issue but it would not be right solution as it's a Citrix XenApp Server and App-V Client service break down when we have around 100 sessions running on the server. Not an ideal situation from customer's perspective.
We are looking for a solution to be able to start service without rebooting.
I have already tried the solution provided in the link and it's not helpful.
