remote access log details

can anyone guide me - a complete novice user of server technology! - and tell me if and how I can view a log of some sort, of staff remotely accessing their emails? we can all access our outlook mail through at our mail.domain/owa address and I want to be able to confirm and log remote usage. Is there a simple way of doing this? Anyone?

Base on my knowledge , you can achieve your goal with exchange audit feature, or viewing Mailbox Resources in Exchange Server.
