  If you know that you have a full version, see if you also have a trial version installed. If you find a trial, just uninstall it and then repair your full version.

  In regarding of the issue, please provide us more information to assist you better.

  • Which Office version are you using?
  • How did you purchase Office? Microsoft store or local provider?
  • Please give us the whole error message/code when you entered the key.

  If you are using Office 2013, we need enter the product key to activate. Please try to activate Office by phone.

  If you have an Office subscription, you won’t have to manually activate Office as long as you connect to the Internet at least once every 30 days.

  On the other hand, some product key is used for specific region, if we change the region, the key will be invalid.
