    Hi

I tried with another SFB admin account and tried disabling/enabling the user - still get the same error.

I have raised a call with Microsoft 365 team to see if they can assist.

  • Have lodged a ticket with Microsoft

Office365 Team unable to assist, suggested using the -Force switch, but this would loose the users contacts in skype.

will update the post once i know more.
