When I use a link on a specific website to play a video it appears to connect and new screen appears with the address and done at the bottom of the screen. But no video starts. I tried this on two of my computers. One computer is using Vista premium SP1 and the other XP SP3. Both computers are using IE8 and Live One Care. I have checked with the website and it is working. I contacted 3 other users of this website and they have no problem playing the videos. All are using Windows XP but not IE8. They are using either IE7, AOL, or Firefox.
I have contacted Microsoft but after several hours of trouble shooting they seem to have given-up.
