rebooting pc after shuting it down RRS feed

  • I TOOK MY PC TO A SO CALLED  COMPUTER SHOP I WAS HAVEING PROBLEMS WITH IT  AND WHEN I GOT IT BACK   HOME IT WOULDNOT  REBOOT  IT WOULD GO TO THE WELLCOME SCREEN  AND THEN THE SCREEN WOULD GO FROM THE WELCOME  SCREEN TO A BLACK SCREEN  WITH A LITTLE  - FLASHING THE ONLY WAY I GET IT TO REBOOT IS TO CLICK ON F9 AND THEN ENTER AND THEN F10 AND ENTER  AND IT WILL BOOT UP WELL I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE SHOP AND THAY TOLD ME IT WAS A BIOUS BATTERY THAT WAS BAD SO THAY REPLACED IT  BUT WHEN I GOT THE PC  BACK HOME IT DID THE SAME THING  WHOT COULD BE THE PROBLEM WITH IT  IF I LEAVE IT ON ALL THE TIME IT WORKS OK BUT IF WE HAVE A POWER OUTAGE   OR ANYONE LIKE MY WIFE COMES IN  AND TURNES IT OFF I HALF TO GO THROUGH  THE SAME THING PLUS I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE SHOP AND THAY TOLD ME  MY DVD CD ROM WAS BAD  THAY HAD TO USE A  EXTERNAL  CDROM TO INSTALL WINDOWS 7   AND  I TRIED TO INSTALL THE ORAGNAL  VISTA VISK IT WOUNT INSTALL  AND THE ONLY WAY I GET IT TO INSTALL WINDOWS 7 IS I HALF TO INSTALL THE CD AND IT ASK   UP DATE  OR COUSTOM  AND THE ONLY ONE I CAN USE IS CUSTOM AND IT GOES  RIGHT THROUGH IT AND WORKS BUT AFTER THAT I ALWAYS HALF TO  GO THROUGH  START UP  WITH PRESSING  F9  AND  F10  TO GET IT TO BRING UP WINDOWS  EVEN IF I TRY USEING THE WINDOWS VISTA  SYSTEM DISK IT WOUNT WORK PLEASE HELP ME   THANK YOU
