  • Hi Sergiu27,

Welcome to post in our forum.

Would you please tell us did the issue appeared to all users in your environment?

As Anthony said, we need more information for further troubleshooting, you could try to use Microsoft remote connectivity analyzer to test the connectivity issue in your environment.

As a supplement, if the issue reproduce, please share output for Command :  Get-CsService -ConferencingServer

  • Yep, then it could be a provider error, it could be an issue with your VM performance, or it could be a problem with your session timer as Holger said (http://memphistech.net/?p=169).

  • Is this on premises or online?  How are you connected to the telephony network?

Check to see if the call drops when using voip vs using cell service.  If it drops using voip, but it more stable using cell service check your data connection.

If it drops with both, try dialing in from a landline.  If this drops as well, you're implementation or provider is having an issue.

If the environment is virtualized, make sure it's running using best practices (no virtual host oversubscription, full RAM, recommended disk, etc)

Download the debug logger and install it on the front end server, watch the IncomingandOutgoingCall scenario to watch S4 and SIPStack to see if it gives you a reason for the drop.

Also, check the Lync section of the event viewer for clues.

  • Do you use a sip trunk to connect to your conferences?

Maybe a problem with the configuration of your sip trunk, with the session timer?

  • Hello, and thx for answers. Well I have some users, that have their skype for business accounts.

One of those users use iphone to make conference calls (but they are not using skype for business application), they share a phone number, to make calls, I have no idea how it works, beacause I'm ok with application...

So, they talk by phone, everything it's ok, but at some moment one of them are dropped from call, and then another, it's not like : 4 people talk- the 4th is dropped, next is 3rd.. The dropps are random. And I have no idea what can be the problem, I'm mentioning, they are using diferent careers, diferents networks..and probable difents phones.
