I got norwegian and chinese MUI file , want to install it on my Vista(vista TM RC2, Evaluation copy. build 5774).
but when i try to install it there is alert "this language can not be installed on this computer ".
so i dont know how can i do it , i really need to use those MUI ,so hope get some help from here .
