We are implementing deployment of patches via SCCM 2012 R2.

Do i have to do any configuration in Group Policies?

Also do I have to do anything concerning windows updates, and leave it as the default on all client.

How should the clients be setup for patching if I am using SCCM 2012 to deploy patching?
