  • Looks like a SCOM?MOM issue rather than Exchange.

I would ask in the SCOM forums:

  • Agree with Andy. Also suggest you seek the solution in the SCOM forum.

  • Guys,

This rule generates an alert when any of the following event IDs is logged: 10118, 10119, 10120, 10121, 10122. These events occur when a read, write, or create operation fails for the following registry location:

    HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Operations Manager\3.0\Modules\Baselining\

And it is depend on Workflow name in the alert description appear in the console, in my case

    "Workflow name: Microsoft.Windows.InternetInformationServices.2003.WebServer.ASP.NETApplicationsRequestsSec.Monitor.BaselineCollection

    Instance name: IIS Web Server"

And this alert has been occured when it tried to get the performance data from IIS (ASP.NET Applications\Requests/Sec Baseline Collection Rule) failed.
