    Question

  • windows key + R. typed "services.msc"

    App Readiness already set at "manual."

    Failed at least 16 times.

    You can try to install kb3144756 manually, get this kb from here.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53451

    If it failed, please repair windows image by DISM command

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Then, you can use Troubleshoot tool to fix problem with Windows Update.

    Besides, we can also check the WindowUpdate.log file to see more information about error.

  • manual install not o.k.  >>> patch not for your system (8.1)

    mism do not work >>>> need Admin but my user is admin ?

    how can i delete this patch for NOT installing?

    Now it installs it after start pc and after End pc !!
