MOSS 2007 How to add Condtional Formatting to Custom List created in Datasheet View RRS feed

    Hi I created a Custom List called "Test" in Datasheet view using Site Action --> Custom List --> Custom List in Datasheet View. I have a field "Status" , Field Type "Choice" and Values "GREEN", "YELLOW", "RED"

    What I want to do - Turn the background to red, yellow or green based on the value selected in the datasheet view.

    What I tried -

    • Opened the SharePoint Designer 2007
    • In "Folders List" expanded "List", expanded "Test" , double clicked "AllItemsg.aspx"
    • This opened the WebPArtPagesListView in the main window
    • The Conditional Formatting Pane is grayed out.

    Please help!!
