Reading Pane lines view different on two different hardware RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I'm using o365 pro plus. My reading pane is different on two different hardware. Changed the resolution no luck, Connected with external monitor no luck.

If you see the picture there is a line under Request Number, Requested By, Requester

Same is not in another model hardware. What could be the issue ?

  • Hi D Hari Prasad,

Could you please clarify what you mean by "on two different hardware." then we can understand better about your issue?
By "Same is not in another model hardware.", do you mean the lines are not visible in another "hardware"?
Does this problem only occur to a particular message? If so, what's the format of the email?

If the message is in HTML format, please try to view the message in browser and check whether there are lines or not. To do this, please double click the email, go to Message > Actions > View in browser:

Any updates, please feel free to post back.
